There are a lot of variables in leasing office space. Occasionally we find a tenant a space that meets their requirements and requires minimal construction or improvements. Such a transaction can take as little as 2 weeks to finalize before the tenant is able to move-in. Larger transactions and spaces which need significant construction and landlord and/or tenant improvements can call for as much as six months time or more from the time the tenant begins their search to the time the tenant is able to move into the space.

Whether your requirement is large or small, simple or complex, we work hard to ensure that your lease transaction is handled smoothly and quickly.
